This week we have Country Sourdough, KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaves, German Rye Sourdough and Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaves.It's hot, really hot... And I am so glad I don't have to bake in my small oven anymore and spend all day bending over and shuffling cast iron pots and pans with a few loaves at a time moving each loaf many times during its 45 min bake. Now I can load two decks and walk away for 45 minutes, nurse Finley, eat dinner, water the garden and come return to beautiful bread and load the next round! It is so satisfying and fun!! We made a few more loaves this week so I hope those of you that have been getting to the market after 10am can still get your bread!
