STELLA Bakery is the first and only Community Supported Bakery In Bozeman MT. I provide organic sourdough breads through a bread-share program. In a Community Supported Bakery (CSB) production is driven by a pre-order system which guarantees you delicious, nutritious and non-GMO bread. In addition it eliminates waste (no extra bread on the shelf at the end of the day), reduces food miles, keeps your dollars local and provides you with the opportunity to purchase organic, wild yeast leavened bread directly from the baker. This model of purchasing bread-shares creates a sense of ownership in our food. The bread-share also guarantees that you will never show up to empty shelves. Since you pre-ordered, your loaf will always be waiting for you!
Signing-up for a bread-share is the only way to get STELLA bread aside from the Farmers Markets in Bozeman, MT. Every month you can pre-order your bread online and choose from three bread flavors for every week of the month. You will have the choice of picking up your bread-share where it is made or have it delivered to your house or office. You have the option of ordering one loaf for the entire month, two loaves a week or any other combination that works for your needs. It is flexible! In addition to your bread, you receive a note from me. Sometimes it's about what's going on at the Bakery, sometimes it's a recipe that I thought you might like to try, other weeks it's more philosophical, like where our food comes from or why organic is important to me.
