Spring Radish Spread Recipe

Spring is the best time for radishes, they are still tender and their flavor is not too harsh. Below is a simple spread to make with those beautiful red globes. 
​
Radish-Spread
  • 8 ounces of greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch radishes minced
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Mix all the ingredients together
Enjoy on a slice of toast!
