Happy Summer Solstice! I hope you are all enjoying our longest days of the year as much as I am. I love that the sun just doesn't want to go down and even after it does the light lingers for such a long time, bringing beautiful sunsets that go on for hours. Being further north again really makes me happy! With farmers market season in full swing and a scheduled day off a week this summer is shaping up to 
be one of the best ones yet. Thank you all for coming to see me at the markets. I have been selling out so quickly that I am trying to increase my production even more so you don't have to walk away with the sad looks on your faces. If you know you can't be at the market in the first hour, feel free to email me with what you would like the day before the market and I am happy to reserve the loaves for you.

Polenta Sandwich Loaf
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. 

Sesame Seed Sourdough
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic brown sesame seeds, sea salt. 

New German Rye Sourdough
Water, organic freshly milled rye flour, organic wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt, organic coriander, organic fennel seeds. ​
