I totally forgot to post on here last week! Sorry!
For this coming weekend I am baking VOLLKORNBROT, one last time for the summer market this year. There are only THREE markets left this season, can you believe it??? Summer is going by in a hurry and there is still so much I want to do and I almost skipped this weeks market to do some of those things but than I thought of all the sad faces that would come looking for their bread and decided I could wait another three weeks :)
Besides Vollkornbrot I will have the regular Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough and KAMUT Wheat Sourdough. Hope to see you Saturday!
