This weeks special might be the only chance this summer to get Cinnamon Raisin Bread, so stock up if you enjoy this delightful bread that is naturally fermented just like all my other breads. 

This bread makes incredibly good toast and it doesn't give you the sugar crash that most other Cinnamon Raisin breads will, so enjoy it before a long hike or run and you will notice it can carry you through many hours of exercise without running out of fuel.
