It’s snowing!!! Huge flakes are coming down as I am sitting here writing your note! It is so exciting to see my favorite white flakes falling from the sky and actually sticking to the ground and trees. Happy winter, may there be lots of this wonderful snow  this season!

Snow really gets me into the holiday spirit, thinking about all the cookies I will be baking, writing Christmas cards and making presents. If you are looking for a present for someone special on your list I will have STELLA Bakery gift certificates available again for any amount you choose. Gift certificates can be used for regular CSB orders, special orders and CSB mail order. I can mail all bread and cookies (and some cakes) within California. Oat Loaf: This loaf is filled with pockets of oats, these can be a little wet, which doesn't mean it’s under cooked, but an intensional tasty surprise.
