Ginger Molasses Cookies
Thanks for signing up for the February share!! This month is full of new and exciting loaves, it has been really fun experimenting this past month. This week we are starting off with the Mountain Rye, a loaf filled with moist rye flakes, perfect for a winter sandwich. Let me know what you think and if you would like to have it again. I am always looking for feedback. If you ever have a loaf you love or something you are unhappy with I really want to know! It’s the only way to get better at what I do. I have set up a FEEDBACK form on my website www.stellabread.com/contact. If you have a chance to leave a short little note about what you think of the CSB, I would really appreciate it. If it’s ok with you I would like to post some of your comments on my website so future customers can read feedback from current customers and get a feel for what they are signing up for. Stella's sourdough has become a staple in our home... it is the best sourdough ever! I even buy it to give as gifts. Also, whenever she offers her Ginger Molasses cookies I stock up... they are soft and chewy with the most wonderful flavor. I would eat them every day, if I could!
