This is it… my wonderful Mono Basin Customers! The time has come to move North in pursuit of bigger markets, larger rivers, new mountains and landscapes to explore. It is very sad to leave this place, but sadness always comes mixed with excitement for me during times of change. Leaving the Eastside will create another void, just like moving to the US from Germany did many years ago. I will try to fill it with new and exciting adventures, from baking, to skiing, flyfishing and making new friends. But this void won't really get filled which is ok since it will remind me of this magical place with it’s every changing lake, high alpine granite slabs, colorful aspens, brine shrimp, songbirds and people. Many fantastic memories are part of our time here. One of them is the beginning of my bakery! Almost everyone that signed up for the very first CSB is getting a share today! You all know who you are and I can’t thank you enough for supporting this passion of mine through these first three years! Thank you!!!
