Shaping Country Sourdough Bread

It's so fun to live in a town where there is something going on everyday all summer long! This weekend SLAM really put local artists and musicians front and center not to mention all the wonderful food vendors surrounding it all! We really enjoyed sitting on the lawn listening to good music eating delicious local food and browsing all the beautiful arts and crafts from the creatives in this town! Summer here is so intense and full of things to do making it even more special then other places I have lived before. I absolutely love seasons and their different characters and activities they bring with it. It's been a little bit hot for baking but the rain last night really helped cool me off and I have to say I am looking forward to some cooler days in the near future!
