I am always thinking about food systems and the impact of our daily food choices on our planet. There are some incredible people doing some amazing work addressing some of the big food related issues out there. It is inspiring and I encourage you all to find and support them even when it is not always the most easy choice, it always is the most rewarding! From eating your local organic farmers veggies, to the sustainably grazed bison or the special occasion salmon caught by these truly magnificent fishermen in the film below, these are your choices to contribute to a healthier planet and nourish yourself along the way!
