Do you ever get totally obsessed with getting something perfectly  right? I do… The latest challenge has been the Seeded-Wheat Loaf (as well as solving the mystery of the cinnamon raisin bread, but that is for some other time…). The last couple months I have been experimenting with how many seeds you can pack into a loaf of bread, that still has an open crumb, makes great sandwiches and is chock full of seeds without being dry AND still lets you shape it. Well, it took a lot of bad loaves to finally get one that was close to what I imagined. From dough so runny it was flowing off the table to dough as dry as the basin… I tried it all. Thanks to everyone that helped me eat the test loaves. Now it is time for you to try the latest version.
