As I was writing the ingredients for the German Rye/ Whole Wheat I realized that I have been going back and forth between the two names. It’s the same bread but since it has more rye then whole wheat German Rye is the more descriptive name. From now on I will try to stick with that. It looks like we will finally get some colder days and maybe even some precipitation, making it the perfect soup weather, which is the ideal accompaniment to the dark German Rye. Cinnamon Raisin toast for breakfast, soup with bread for dinner, I can’t wait!
