New Polenta Loaf
I am back for this weeks market!! Planning on baking Country Sourdough, Cinnamon Raisin a NEW version of the Polenta loaf and the Clearlake Organics Farm loaf which I am renaming Bailey's loaf the name of the family that farms the beautiful wheat.

Country Sourdough
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), Montana grown organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

New Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf (only change is an addition of whole wheat)
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, Montana grown organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. ​

Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich Loaf
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture, (organic wheat flour and water), organic raisins, molasses, raw local honey, salt, organic cinnamon. 

Bailey's Sourdough 
Hard Red Winter Wheat from the Baileys, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.
