Sourdough Bread Options for Aug 31st and Sept 1st

Sage and Walnuts
This weeks sourdough bread options are Walnut Sage Sourdough, Bailey's Whole Wheat Sourdough, Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough and Country Sourdough. There is a pretty good chance I will have baguettes on Friday and I am making Raspberry Scones for the market. Friday 4-8pm at my house, and Saturday market 9am-12pm. Looking froward to seeing you!

Country Sourdough 
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough 
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich Loaf
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture, (organic wheat flour and water), organic raisins, molasses, raw local honey, salt, organic cinnamon. 

Bailey's Sourdough 
Hard Red Winter Wheat from the Baileys, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.

Walnut Sage Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, walnuts, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, fresh sage from the garden, sea salt.
