Sourdough Bread Options for August 24th and 25th

Sourdough Bread
Back to baking this week! I am planning on making KAMUT Wheat Sourdough, Bailey's Whole Wheat Sourdough, Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough and hopefully baguettes for Friday. For the market I am making Peach Scones. 
Looking forward to seeing you!

Friday hours are 4-8pm at my house, 460 Lower Rainbow Rd
Saturday Market is at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds 9am-12pm

Country Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, clearlake organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf and Batards
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
organic wheat flour, water, cracked KAMUT® berries, organic whole grain KAMUT® flour, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.


Bailey's Whole Wheat Sourdough
organic hard red winter wheat from Clearlake organic farm, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.
