Sourdough Bread Options for August 3rd and 4th

Vollkornbrot
This week I will be baking KAMUT Wheat Sourdough, Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough and Vollkornbrot for the market as well as for Friday at my house. Scones for Saturday will most likely be Blueberry Ginger. Come stop by my house from 4-8 on Friday to stock up on sandwich bread for the Sweet Pea Festival this weekend!

Country Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, clearlake organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf and Batards
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
organic grown wheat flour, water, cracked KAMUT® berries, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water), organic whole grain KAMUT® flour, sea salt.

Vollkornbrot

organic sprouted rye berries, water, organic rye flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic sunflower seeds, organic flax seeds, organic sesame seeds, org. pumpkin seeds, sea salt.
