Sourdough Bread Options for February 17th Market

This Saturday is Farmers Market 9am-12pm at the Emerson and I am finally baking some Vollkornbrot again. It's been way too long! In addition I will have Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough Whole Wheat and Bailey's Sourdough. Hope to see you there!

Country Sourdough
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), Montana grown organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

New Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf (only change is an addition of whole wheat)
Montana grown organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, Montana grown organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. ​

Bailey's Sourdough 
Hard Red Winter Wheat from the Baileys, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.

Vollkornbrot

organic sprouted rye berries, water, organic rye flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic sunflower seeds, organic flax seeds, organic sesame seeds, sea salt.
