Sourdough Bread Options for July 13/14

Extended Bakery Friday Hours 4-8pm 

I had some requests for extending the bakery hours and since the self serve is working so well I don't see why not! So now you can come by 460 Lower Rainbow Rd between 4-8pm on Fridays!

No Market and Friday sale July 20 and 21st

Due to the County Fair there is no market the week of July 21st and I won't be baking at all that week. So hopefully you can stop by this week instead!
Sourdough Bread
This weeks bread options are: Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough, Walnut Sage Sourdough and KAMUT Wheat Sourdough. 
On Friday I will also make Baguettes and on Saturday I will have one last round of Rhubarb Ginger Scones thanks to my friend Rosemary for bringing me more rhubarb!!! 

Country Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, clearlake organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf and Batards
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

Walnut Sage Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, clearlake organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), walnuts. sea salt. 

KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
organic grown wheat flour, water, cracked KAMUT® berries, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water), organic whole grain KAMUT® flour, sea salt.

Baguette
organic wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic 
poolish (water, organic wheat flour, commercial yeast), sea salt
