This week I am baking Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough, Cinnamon Raisin and German Rye Sourdough for both Bakery Friday (4-6pm at 460 Lower Rainbow Rd) and Saturday Market at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. I will also have Scones at the Market and maybe some more Ciabatta rolls if I have time.
Country Sourdough organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), clearlake organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. Polenta Sourdough Sandwich or Batard Loaf organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. German Rye Sourdough Sandwich Loaf organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic coriander, organic fennel seeds, sea salt. Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Sandwich Loaf organic wheat flour, water, organic raisins, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, organic fair trade molasses, local honey, sea salt, organic cinnamon.
