Sourdough Bread Options for October 5th/6th

Polenta Sourdough Bread
This is your last chance to get bread until November 16th, that's 6 weeks where I will not be baking, a good time to stock up!
I am planning on making Country Sourdough, Polenta Whole Wheat Sourdough, German Rye Sourdough and Seeded Wheat Sourdough. Scones will most likely be apple-ginger again since I have such an abundance of apples. Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful fall weather!!

Country Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), clearlake organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

Polenta Whole Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf or Batard
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

German Rye Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, organic whole wheat flour,  water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic coriander, organic fennel seeds, sea salt. 

Seeded Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough starter, org. sesame and flax seeds and sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, and org. pumpkin seeds, sea salt.
