Sourdough Bread on Counter
This weeks bread options will be Country Sourdough, Polenta Whole Wheat Sourdough and Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough. I am planning on making apple ginger scones for Saturday and might have a few available for Friday as well. Hope to see you this week!!

Country Sourdough 
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough 
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

Cinnamon Raisin Sandwich Loaf
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture, (organic wheat flour and water), organic raisins, molasses, raw local honey, salt, organic cinnamon. ​
