This is the last summer market for the season!!
This week I am baking Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough, KAMUT Wheat Sourdough and Walnut Sage Sourdough. Bakery is open for pick up on Friday 4-8pm. Country Sourdough organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. Polenta Sourdough organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Sandwich Loaf organic wheat flour, water, cracked KAMUT® berries, organic whole grain KAMUT® flour, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water), sea salt. Walnut Sage Sourdough organic wheat flour, water, walnuts, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic whole wheat flour, fresh sage from the garden, sea salt.
