For the first market in 2018 on Saturday the 6th I will be baking the following loaves:
Country Sourdough Ingredients: organic Montana grown wheat flour, water, organic Montana grown whole wheat flour, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water) and sea salt. Seeded Wheat Sourdough Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough starter, org. sesame and flax seeds and sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt. Clear Lake Organic Farm Sourdough (a single source loaf!!) Ingredients: organic hard red winter wheat from Clear lake organic farm, water, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water) and sea salt. KAMUT Wheat Sourdough Ingredients: organic white KAMUT flour, water, organic Montana grown whole wheat flour, fresh milled organic KAMUT wheat flour, organic cracked KAMUT wheat, levain (50/50 organic wheat flour and water) and sea salt.
