Sourdough Bread Resting
This weeks bread options are: Country Sourdough, Polenta Sourdough, Baileys Whole Wheat Sourdough and Ciabatta with KAMUT Sourdough. For Friday I am also baking Baguettes and I will have Rhubarb Ginger Scones for the Saturday Market. Hope to see you either day!!

Country Sourdough
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), clearlake organic whole wheat flour, sea salt. 

Polenta Sourdough Sandwich Loaf and Batards
organic wheat flour, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic yellow corn, sea salt. ​

Baileys Whole Wheat Sourdough
organic hard red winter wheat from Clearlake organic farm, water, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.

Baguette
organic wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), organic 
poolish (water, organic wheat flour, commercial yeast), sea salt.

Ciabatta
water, organic wheat flour, organic KAMUT wheat flour, organic sourdough culture (organic wheat flour and water), sea salt.
